Lightning Strike Multistrike Bugfix Incoming
" So now Lightning Strike projectiles will be affected by the -40% damage modifier from Multistrike. With this nerf there's no point in even using Multistrike anymore. LS isn't really melee. If it were, you wouldn't be worrying about projectiles.

Wow. They're actually nerfing that? The LS+multi combination was one of the few things that actually allowed LS to be somewhat competitive with FP and EK in the endgame.

A great many of the ranged characters using ranged skills are confused about themselves being melee. Those lightning strikers and ground slammers for instance.
Melee must close and go full contact, gentlemen. Mostly this comes up in the context of people saying "melee is okay, because of ground slam and lightning strike are good." First time I heard that nerfing one of the two was undercutting melee, though. --C |

Stinks most people don't use LS like a melee attack. I still feel that the projectiles shouldn't proc unless the attack hits a target in melee range.
