Pretty much all the fights in the game outside of maybe Dodre act 8/act 9 are very doable and easy to do without portal cheesing. Kitava act 10 at level without massive grinding is not doable without portal cheesing. Not even close.

It's a physical mitigation thingy then partly at least.
I guess I'll get a little bit of it, and try it in standard, not like most other bosses where I went in blind.
SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.

at least uber izaro seems actually easier. especially sicne the lab seems to have been a bit mroe streamlined too. still hate to run it though

They did not announce anything about the Uber lab being changed afaik.
SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.
1. halve the amount of normal and magic mobs
2. double the hp of normal, magic and rare mobs (and exiles too)
3. make the maps (a bit) smaller
4. give the missing exp and loot to the boss
Did anyone have a problem with The Burial Chambers boss Witch of Cauldron? (tier 5, unshaped)

I just could not kill her, her Soul Eater and the constant stream of summoned zombies are buffing her to the extreme, plus the corpse explosion, she casts faster than you would cast spark with pledge of hands and echo shrine.

Running Necro Mirror/Blink arrow, trash just vanishes on the way but I could not get her below 50%.

Without strong single target she's hard as shit to deal with.
Iam playing hardcore and have tried a few different builds to build up defence to be able to handle bosses while leveling but i still get 1-2 shot by some bosses.

46 Marauder cheiftain with 2.5k armor 1,8 hp full resist and i 2-shot by first act 5 boss Innosense (small floating balls) Before you say i should hide behind the armored mob try again there was none up.

So that and the beam one shots me for sure. so what if u miss 1 out of all these attacks u die? and the fights goes on for quite a while, i was doing A-totem build and it was several mins and i couldt get him down.

Its completely pointless why should i be forced to outlevel the content by soooo many levels before traveling on? the game design should be either hope for good boss skill RNG or outlevel the content. I was 1 shotting most mobs going to there.


Granted i am a new player but it is frustrating as hell, the gameplay outside of the bosses is easy and DULL. Doing the maps is SO EASY in comparred. SO iam bored while leveling difficulty level 1 or 2 out of 10 and bosses are 9-10 out of 10 and have no rewards!

Not much better with it. I run heavy strike build and still feel like tickling a lot of bosses.

GGG seem to go this way, and for me at least, it will improve the pace and the gameplay...

If only they would give an identity for the single target namelocking melee skills, then PoE would be greatly improved...

Heh, one could dream that these will become a reality before 4.0/5.0 hit...
PSS: Our almighty TencentGGG overlords are very scrupulous regarding criticizing their abilities to take proper decisions and consider everything "needlessly harsh and condescending"...

Good to know "free speech" doesn't apply in any form or manner on the forums these days...
