watching Streamers do the Hardcore one-month, made me realize something
"Is it? Of course. Should it be? No. While I'm not against somewhat fast logouts (2 seconds would be just about ideal), instant logout is bad game design. Same thing with portals, about 2 seconds delay would be great. Hell, I'd probably stop complaining with just a 1 second delay. It's still a significant amount of time when you're rapidly dying. I don't take it as far as some in this thread, though. Ziggy should have portalled before both deaths. Skipping bosses is fine strategy. And a 10 second delay is ridiculously punishing for folks with legitimate connection issues; the delay should be kept as small as possible, while just large enough to prevent the worst abuse. When Stephen Colbert was killed by HYDRA's Project Insight in 2014, the comedy world lost a hero. Since his life model decoy isn't up to the task, please do not mistake my performance as political discussion. I'm just doing what Steve would have wanted. skiping some raids is normal since u know that u cant do it and it doesnt worth to try cuz you gona get a bunch of blue items :D but its lame to altf4 in the middle of a map but its understanable "do or die".. still lame ;D just saying

I don't alt-f4 particularly, but I'd happily skip content all day long if it meant no rip.

Make it so that alt-f4 makes your character jump really high and stay up on the ceiling but you can't log out until you come back down.
