MANA LEECH IS RUINED

You guys have made mana leech terrible since the Vaal expansion. Not only is worthless now to have Ghost Reaver, you retards did away with Lavianga's Mana pots! I have a 6L so spells are incredibly expensive to cast, and even with hundreds or thousands of mana it doesn't matter. The mana leech does not work now so having fast cast speed makes not difference since the mana potions take 8-14 seconds to refill.

I literally have to stand still for 10 or more seconds to shoot my fireballs once!! I have 14,000 ES and I am getting crushed on normal lv 66 maps!

Please change the mana leech back to the way it was. It's not fair that barbs have regen and life leech. In duels, melee characters often have such high regen that they can regen 500 life per second! It's insane. They are unbeatable. Now witches are fun, but why can't they be reliant on Ghost Reaver? Witches do not cast fast in comparison to how melee characters can attack, so leech for them was already completely insufficient to tank but it was helpful. BUT ever since the Vaal expansion it is not only completely worthless to have Ghost Reaver, but the mana leech gem itself (20-20) has become useless.

There is supposed to be a balance, yet barbs and marauders can do thousands upon thousands of DPS and leech at the 20% cap. They are barely affected in comparison to a witch who struggles to do even 4000 DPS, and they are doing 20,000-60,000 DPS.

You guys have ruined the game. Capping the Life leech is one thing for melee characters, but life and mana leech has been destroyed for witches. Now a barb can attack without mana, but when a witch runs out of mana she might as well just smoke a cigarette and let the anvil drop on her head like on Tom and Jerry. That's how stupid it looks to stand there being mutiliated because you guys are too lazy to listen to us. When I duel I can attack TWICE and then if my opponent is not dead, I have to run around like a retard for 10 seconds til I can attack again since mana pots are so slow. I'd cave in to buy Lavianga's Mana pots but they are horribly expensive as a legacy item and only have 4 uses. I need my regular mana pots in order to dispel frozen and curses and shocked and other affects. If I had all lavianga's (cannot afford anyway), the mana leech wouldn't be so bad but then I'd be screwed in other ways. I can't win.

I feel stupid for playing the game now. I invested months and months and months playing nonstop, but had I known you guys would have destroyed my character I would never have installed the game!!!!

I really need to log on to my witch character.

I have a similar problem with a CI Witch, equipped with GG items, I can also delete it, because doesn't work with the new mana leech mechanics, and also before the 1.1 she had some problems.

GGG should to understand that a Witch needs looot of mana, and the mods: mana slower, no mana regen, blood magic, and also other mods make the CI caster unplayable.

So I'm trying now an Elritch Battery build, but I still have problems with the mods, no mana regen, mana slower, blood magic, temporal and many others...

Want GGG we play all with Blood Magic? When GGG will design a serious Caster with a right mana management? POE II?

They wanted to nerf mana leech for physical damage users, instead they nerfed it somewhat reasonable for them and utterly destroyed it for everyone else :(

I literally just deleted my 75 Crit Dagger ST Ranger 20 minutes ago...

The "leech change" specifically how it correlates with mana leeching, made that character just a miserable waste of time.

I got him to 75 thinking things would get better... Nope.

51% crit, 510% crit multi with daggers, 250 top end dagger, 550 mana pool with 120 to cast a 36 per cast ST 6linked and I could not sustain with 4% mana leech. 2% from node and 2% from items with a phys crit build.

The moment I swapped a BM gem in... 0 freaking problems... Spam for days...

Leech nerf just further put us into Path of Blood Magic/Life Nodes...

And instead of playing that build with just a BM gem and straight LL from gear and being fine... Fucking deleted that shit. I'm sick of being pigeon holed into builds because of your game philosphy.

I purposely build that character knowing full well I could use a 6L without having to run a leech/bm gem to maximize my dmg... The whole point of the build and starting ranger was grab the ML node and use Carnage Heart and have my Chest 6L'd for straight dmg.

The entire time all I heard "out of mana", pause, resume a ST as the mana finally leeches in because it chose a stupid target, not the rare I 1 shot to leech from.

I mean it's leech off a mob that I low end for nothing... But not leeching off the Rare I one shot.

Bad design is bad design...

Instead of changing AoE leech to maybe be a diminished %... You once again come up with another idiotic design. Same with your Evasion, you think you guys are smarter than countless rpg's before you... I don't understand why you feel like you HAVE to go against the norm... Maybe that is why this game desyncs... You're so damn stubborn...

You nerf life nodes to maybe, possibly change up people's builds... Yet you change leech and it doesn't affect Life builds, BM builds, but rapes people who use mana.

Mana in this game is just for fucking auras and MoM...

Mana in this game is useless in your design... Unless you grab EB.

W/E... I guess I'll make a DD build or Cheesing Bonds like 99% of the rest of your playerbase.

If you stay topped off, without regen, you should stay topped off with mana. Assuming same leech %
