I use maim on my 6 link already with BF. Plus fortify on leap slam (since i'm using swords) but you can put it in whirling blades also.

The more damage phys you only get on supported skills, maim on flesh and stone only gives you the 10% increased part.

Now none, but i'll prob use frost bomb and that's it.

Immortal call is still very strong. It is not pure phys reduction anymore but it gives less phys and less ele damage taken, goes off constantly and lasts for a longer base duration now.

Maybe Spiked Glove with IAS and Phys Damage.
Shaper's Touch are also quite good.

Spiked Gloves with Increased Damage against Chilled enemies Iif you run hypothermia).

IAS and Phys damage on second. But perfect roll of inc. damage agains chilled enemies is what will give you the most DPS in general, I think it only loses to T1 Attack speed (of Grandmastery).
