We're running slowly! We're attacking slowly! Just as we're wondering how much slower we can possibly go with every step, something new pops up—and what is it? Of course, even more slowing down!
Last season, you admitted your mistake regarding “temporal chains” and released an update. But this season, the very thing you admitted was a mistake has come back. And as if that weren't enough, you've added extra slowdown for “chill” effect. There must be a fetishist among the developers who enjoys the slowdown effect. Enough! " address them 10% at a time, often selectively, in exchange for actually useful utilities/dmg/defences on classes that aren't current meta and therefore can't spare all that much... all of these were cranked because they made deadeye the meta, all of these make deadeye move like a regular character, all while when you play anything else time stops for you. i just started to log out and log back in when hit with temp chains, till i didn't log back in lol. |

If game developers are adding new factors that reduce movement effects in areas, they should give us extra passive tree points that can reduce these effects. " If players are complaining about slows, they should use the tools they've been given to mitigate that problem. They could invest their passive points, utilize charms, or pick affixes on their gear. " ah yes you are correct, if ones kill speed and MS is high enough they can recharge charms fast enough to negate all of that. so deadeyes can ignore all of those [slows] with absolutely 0 investment. i grossly under estimated the meta advantage here |

I've complained about chilled ground/temporal chains but now I have so many maps I can easily avoid them and still have too many maps to ever use. Plus there are nodes certain builds can take to mitigate it. I think it's just a layer of difficulty added for when you first start out. Something to overcome
