Yep, I've only bought the essential stash tabs years ago. And I won't be buying any supporter packs now that I know that money is going to PoE 2's development.
Their is nothing wrong with a penalty for sucking. Everything is wrong with defenses/rapid fire incapacitated, and the amount of one shots in packa ATM.

finally someone who can think. figured out some of the many problems with the game and not just blame xp loss because other things are wrongly tuned.

The irony of writing pages of condescending to people for wanting to keep their earned progress... while also suggesting the game needs to be changed to make easy survival.

You would rather have the devs change to reduce the likelihood of dying... than compromise to reduce the cost of dying? This was so funny to see from you.

hi, i didn't say anything about easy survival here. i said wrongly tuned.

one example is melee would get rekt, stun-locked, damage being too low to clear white mobs fast enough.

LS is getting too much power for cheaps. should be 20% more vulnerable to damage

i think under lvl73, the game should be made significantly easier
and then ramped up to be at least 2x harder than it currently is at t15-18 and requiring a lot of gear investment to feel comfortable.


no compromise for xp loss. just difficulty tuning.

But LiMA6, just look at the leaderboards. Melee is on the leaderboards and for hardcore even. If they can do it, then there's no problem with the game and it's just you crying for free buffs without earning it. Maybe if you show your build, we can tell you what's really going on.
So I have posted this exact issue. I just dont get it, its my day off, and I would like to enjoy some Poe 2. I've died like 2 or 3 times today. It has not helped my enjoyment at all. Its really made me wonder if I have torrets, my neighbors probably do too,and also why I am cursing the names of Johnathan and Mark, and I have never met these people.

But you know, its the daily ritual of go purchase a omen of amelioration, and get back out there to grind it out.

And to those who say its a skill issue. Maybe so, but I dont get paid to be so good that I never die. Also, to the you dont have to reach 100 crowd. What else is the goal? Theres not much in the game to shoot for at this point. Its an outdated mechanic that adds no value in my opinion.

Lvl 94, at 63% to next level. And I shouldnt have to actually be age 94 before I hit this milestone. Im in my 30's if the joke didnt land.

What this post has shown is:

1. Yes some people like being punched in the balls for pleasure (to each their own, no judgement here)

2. POE 1 players who play POE 2 seem to enjoy the exp loss (this seems like better the devil you know or stockholm syndrome)

GGG Easy fix just increase gains per mob and keep the exp loss both sides win.

The side that likes their balls swallon and smacked like a speed bag can continue.

The other side can lose the exp and instead of 50 maps at 97 to get the exp back can do it in 20 maps.

Think that covers the masochistic audience, and the normal this isnt real life let me not care about death group happy.
