While this item is active in your inventory will fully recover your Life, Mana and Energy Shield when you reach Low Life
It is impossible for you to "reach low life" on a "CI" character because the 1 life is full life:
While CI is allocated, a player always counts as being on full life but can never be on low life.

I agree with you, and bout the time I was going to switfh games at level 92 I found the omen of ameleration. It reduces xp loss by 75% but you have to find/buy it for each death.

If you use "Chaos Inoculation", your "maximum life becomes 1".
That means, the "1 life" is you having 100% of your life, thus you are unable to reach "low life".
You only have 2 states (regarding life) when using CI.
One is that you are on full life with 1 hp, and the other one is that you are dead because you are at 0 hp. That's it.
