Hi!. I recommend getting mark of the elder + shaper first since it is cheaper compared to the clusters. But you can also buy the base clusters and craft it on the side :)

Hi! These are the thing you can do to increase your crit ;

1. Annoint True Strike if you can its cheap :)

2. Get Anomalous Inspiration

3. Your Next few points should be allocated on another crit medium clusters :)

4. Get Shaper Assassin's mark on hit rings. It's a huge a huge crit increase.

Hi! for the enchant 12% aspd with blood rage is the best :). For the weapons its either 6%speed/phys or pure 8% phys

Currently I am working on a budget version of this build but with a different ascendancy. It came to my attention that almost all are not that knowledgeable in crafting or don't want to interact with it. So I decided to build around the White Wind dagger. Why assassin? Simple, because crit was nerfed :((( It is still in progress though so I don't have a final POB to show you yet.
