100% there's no button or switch I can flick to make Directx11 be amazing.

In the screenshots from your OP, you have everything disabled. No textures, no AA, no anything. Since you had to modify files to achieve that, you should be bright enough to realize those settings were not officially supported by the devs and your workarounds could be broken eventually.

Honestly, instead of buying stash tabs, you should invest in some upgrades. You could pick up a 4th gen i5 with mb, some DDR3 ram and an RX460 for less than $150 (probably even less for an old prebuilt HP or Dell + the GPU) on eBay.

I had it on balanced, changed to performance.

I'm not sure if I want to mess with BIOS stuff.

I opened up AMD Control Center and changed everything to performance. I did this in the past, but since then I did factory reset due to shit being corrupted from downgrading from Windows 10 back to 7 (windows 10 is full of bloatware and used to plug the Microsoft store). But I forgot to do it again, thanks.

To everyone asking for my PC specs. It's shit, you know that. But it was good enough with Dx9. That's what this thread is about. Dx9 v Dx11, not my PC specs. I want this thread to remain about Dx9 and the lack of graphic settings on Dx11 rather than my PC.

Beause it will be easier for them to respond with, "Well, upgrade your rig!". If i could upgrade my gear as easy as people who tell me to upgrade my rig, obviously i will do it long long ago. What people don't realize is that this game was used to run smoothly on old pc. And when the game is unplayable on old pc anymore, it seems like they just dump us the old pc user out and don't give a feck.
