Not that ur gear is bad but i doubt the build would work on 6-7K ES, if u don't have access to legacy vinktar has i said, u need the exact same watcher's eye, and 9ex won't be enough to buy a clarity ES/ES on hit discipline jewel. Thats why i sugguest that ppl use the Life MOM version in league.

If the ramp up seem too slow even when u do quick cyclone like i do in my video just increase the mana cost until u find the sweet spot there's no perfect combo for that depend on ur setup n ur playstyle.

But i don't see anything wrong with ur gear maybe add a mana flask other then zerphi's if u run into mana sustian issue. Also the 2% mana/life regen on boots is very important it help a ton for mana sustain and if u can try to get some deathsdoors for those sweet endurance charge.

I mean right now, I dont even see my mana goes down at alllll, and I can spin the whole map :O , is that normal? and with GGGRBB how else can I increase mana cost?

swap the accuracy gem for something with a bigger multiplier

in ur case with the insane watcher's eye's u have u might want to get 30-35 mana cost on cylcone, if for some reason that not enough ( in my shaper video i had 28) usee a fevered mind but before all that make sure u do short cyclone n not some long all accross the screen 1.

At the moment I am 37 with the additional accuracy gem.

If I use culling strike I can make it into 41?

But will I miss a lot? 88% accuracy atm, should keep around 92% + right??


Edit: I think it is working more accordingly now, quick question about EE and taste of hate. Let say:

Assume I am ALWAYS under flask effect of taste of hate
Cyclone into packs A
EE procs for this particular pack A
Discharge + lightning balls proc from mjnoler
Lightning balls reaches to Pack B
does Pack B still have the proper EE set up we want? do we still get the 50% dmg bonus we seek?

yes pack B will have more lightning res after they are hit by ball lightning but we don't care about this we use EE for single target n vs boss EE is always reset due to cyclone cold dmg from TOH. Also about accuracy this is a non crit build so its not has big of a deal then a crit build sure 90% would be better but with more lvl u will get there.

So i fixed ur POB with the correct number so ur discharge is at 290K vs shaper.

U forgot to check: (ennemy was hit by cold dmg) for EE its 50% More dmg
Also u forgot to use the indigon calculator because POB doesn't calculate the increased spell dmg. I added the increased spell dmg on INDIGON on POB along with the 35% Less Discharge dmg that POB doesn't calculate.

I also sugguest that u drop those boots eventually n use deathsdoors with 2% mana/life regen enchant. But atm i would focus on getting more life.
