Overreact much? You can play in act 4 just like everyone else. I dont get it. Act 4 will come out fully free, no gated content unlike other games do it. So the QQ is really just typical GD.

If you want an even playing field, streamers are absolutely essential. That way people who get the short end of the straw will be able to experience the content, if only by proxy, instead of being blindsided by it.
Of course, if you WANT to be blindsided, you can always just not watch the streams.
Giving streamers tons of keys to raffle away, however, is an awful practice that I hope GGG does not plan on doing.

Problem with our typical poe kids are... they want to be blindsided and dont want to watch streams but get wtfbbqQQ furious when others DON'T play their way... and choose to watch streams... hence they rather screw with thousands and thousands of new player and hundreds of thousands of potential income for GGG to develop more contents just so the few of them can play PoE their way and their way only.
The real hardcore PoE players and the elites sit in town and zoning in and out of their hideouts trading items. Noobs that don't know how to play PoE correctly, kill monsters for items. It's pure fact, it will never change.
