How the fuck does anyone play hardcore?

Got to level 50 or so on my first attempt. Desync into a pack of offscreened herald of the obelisk sprinklers. That death was surely my fault!
Second attempt I load up battlefront waypoint and dc out of nowhere (haven't even moved at this point). Been using internet all day so I know it wasn't my connection that was the problem. Log back in, characters in standard. How anyone enjoys having to worry about shit like this on a constant basis is beyond me. |

Playing carefully, good game experience and decent ping because if monsters don't kill you ping/desync will.

You play differently. You pause after each pack. You assess what might be next and prepare for it. You check corners of your screen that SC players don't.
If you don't like that style of play, play SC. |
