Predictions on Unique Rarity Tier Changes
" this one is new | |

For many reasons, I thought the news was great. Having said that, I think there are like 6, maybe 7 SotS in total that have ever dropped, so I'm not fretting about the market suddenly becoming flooded :P

I didn't think they were in too bad a place, the drop rates.
But that said, if I was to drop a Taryn's today, it would have avoided me for ~6000 hours /played. (why u avoid me so much?) Depending on where this illusive unique lies in the rarity tiers, I don't think that 6k hours being 4,800 or even 3,000 is breaking much, at all. So, seems good? Now if only they did something with the drop of eternals (like fkn remove them from the game) Casually casual. Dernière édition par TheAnuhart#4741, le 16 mai 2014 à 06:06:58

> We want players to find a greater variety of uniques, especially if doing boss runs.
this is disappointing because mindless botting piety/domi becomes modus operandi
" 100% more of near zero, is still near zero. I doubt that anything will change substantially or even noticeably. Anticipation slowly dissipates...

please buff this one by 1000% 18 alch shards is not something to dismiss!

^ I personally think any unique should have a minimum vendor value of 10 alch shards.
It would really take the sting out of those terrible alt shard uniques. But then, I suggest things like have map bosses drop 1 alch and/or 1 chisel and/or 1 chaos, depending on the map level. What do I know with such wayward suggestions like this? Casually casual.

" No, the skill tree was more open to go in all directions, now every class (ignoring scion) only has 2 paths and each path designates what the associated class is "designed to do". Before, wander Marauder was no problem. As a duelist caster you weren't forced to take melee damage or attack speed out of the gate, you could shoot right for the middle of the tree for the IIQ/IIR nodes and every node you picked up made a difference. This was also a reason many of the theorycrafters from "back in the day" had left and was/is a major complaint amongst my friends who remain. To people saying you won't notice a difference, how will you not notice twice as many BoR's, Tabulas, Wings of Entropy?. Buffing the drop rate is just going to make players who haven't found a "great drop" pissed that when they finally get it its value has been cut by %50-%20. People finally find that 5 ex item, now its only 2-3 ex. Dernière édition par Worldbreaker#6569, le 16 mai 2014 à 08:10:12
