Predictions on Unique Rarity Tier Changes
" Dude I love them boxes. It's like those cakes that strippers jump out of. |

Why this game changes to cater causals more and more?

" Compared to the REAL no-life Players, you are a casual too. Don't you want them to cater to you? “Demons run when a good man goes to war"

" It isn't this single change, it's the compilation of changes over the past year. This is just more wood for the fire. If this was the first of the changes to make the game easier, it wouldn't be such a big deal to me, but now they make the one and only thing hardcore about PoE to me (grinding), much easier... If you look at the big picture, they have now made every feature/mechanic easier, none of it is difficult. They buffed the game so much before that almost every player thought they deserved a 6L or endless supply of 78 maps. It wasn't this way before, people knew 78 maps were bonus content, not guaranteed and people made builds only requiring a 5L. I could go on and on but in the end it doesn't matter. The new generation wants shit now, the older generation who loved hardcore games doesn't have time to invest like they used to, so easier is more appealing to them as well. " Absolutely NO. And as you said i'm pretty casual too time wise (no more than 2 hours a day) I played this game bacause it was an hard one. Now i keep seeing changes to make game esier. I'm tired of this shit whith ALL the new patches. For example, one of the very good feature of this season, invasion bosses, will be completely discarded because casual endless stream of QQ about them. i HATE this And i don't define players as the ones with no time, but as a inpet player. PoE seems full of those. Dernière édition par Mahesys#6567, le 16 mai 2014 à 03:57:57

" It's not gonna help them any. After the buff goes online, they'll play for 1 hour and then come to forums, post "drops still suck" and quit the game. 177

" I know, but it's the concept of these continuos nerf to difficulty that pisses me off. |

" My experiences are that PoE has grown a lot easier and items are more easily accessible compared to last year. My disagreement with you (and the others who disagree with the changes) is on whether or not this is a good thing for the game. These changes have made the game more fun and engaging for me, and much less frustrating for newer players entering the game. I also think GGG has yet to go overboard with the changes a la Diablo 3 style. |

" Obviously. We always have a flood of people on the forums who get mad whenever someone goes "we're thinking of kicking you guys in the balls a little less" and respond "NO KICK ME IN THE BALLS MORE. AND THEN TELL ME I'M SCUM." All opinions are held. But seriously unique drops are broken. I fooking dread hearing that chime. 98% of the unique drops in Diablo 2 were not ilvl 1-20 vendor trash. There was a rainbow of 1 to mlvl vendor trash. Maybe there's nothing wrong with the chase mythic rares, but there is a gapping empty hole of Common ilvl 55+ uniques. Toss me something that's a 2.5 affix rare equivalent instead of another 20 icetombs or something, geez. Maybe that's a development consequence of wanting to spend time creating fancy art for every single item. No one wants to spend money making something that's mediocre and unmemorable. Can completely understand that, but a couple dozen boring workhorses are desperately needed. Like the Visored Sallet, it's a fantastic midgame helm before something better comes along. Super rare uniques will become a bit cheaper, but a casual gamer will still never get one. Thus I expect the QQ to go on :D
GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.
