In two weeks PoE will have less STEAM players than at the end of last leagues
Pretty sure they will not turn on the /online command just to appease some tin foil neck beards that can't take someone's word. do any one of you really think your so important and your cynical conspiracys are so great they are worth lying to you.
HAR HAR HAR ! People need to check their thought processes and interact with the normal world. |

" No one expects them to turn /online back on. That would only prove our point. |

" I'm not sure they actually can turn /online back on. I recall them discussing it when they removed it, stating that how they were sharding the servers would make /online either useless or misleading. GGG has its head so far up its arse that it's impossible for them to see that players are quiting because of GGG's love affair with RNG and lack of effort to fix desync.

" QFT GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.

" It's not a matter of opinion that the /online command was turned off right around the time the Steam numbers fell through the floor. That is a fact. How you interpret that fact is entirely up to you. I know how I interpret it. The Steam statistics are likewise not a matter of opinion. They are simply numbers. How you interpret them, is again entirely up to you. I know how I interpret them. Chris said nothing that contradicts the numbers. As I said, "a lot more" is a weasel word, and it can mean anything. It's a very common technique. As mentioned, if all facts that can be independently verified point at one thing, and someone claims the opposite but provides no way of verification (or is even specific), then I believe what I can see. What I know. Dernière édition par Mivo#2486, le 8 avr. 2014 à 22:36:21

" If he says the numbers are fine and growing as they expect and they are retaining a good number of core and casual players as well as making money to boot, why can't you accept that ? Do you think you know more about marketing and game design then the people who's game your playing ? I think not. Stop looking for things that are just not there. Your measuring this game vs other games with much larger player bases and marketing campaigns and your making judgement on that. That's a false perspective. While to you it may seem like they are under performing but to them they are doing well, more average players is money in the bank. |

" The online command was turned off like a year before the game even launched on Steam. Nice facts you got there Mr. Tinfoil ;) GGG banning all political discussion shortly after getting acquired by China is a weird coincidence.

" Because all available evidence and hard proof say the opposite. Why do you believe it? | |
" to a certain degree, Chris actually confirmed the numbers. it's when he mentioned "the aggregate player graphs don't look as scary as that" i dont know about the white knights here but to me, the phrase 'don't look as scary' simply means it's still scary. it's like a student explaining his 'D-' grade to his parents saying, well, my grade don't look as bad as an 'F'. not saying it's a proportionate analogy/comparison but an analogy/comparison nonetheless. |
