Spell totem and ranged attack totem gems are now vendor trash

yeah asking why players are using totems when u look at the atrocious mana cost and gear that is required to sustain a 5/6l self cast spell (which the problem is even more excerabated by the retarded mana leech nerf). then you blame players for using searing bond when they have zero gear to start off with.

and its funny these armchair critics dissing totems when their dmg output is not even that great compared with other builds. totem are mostly used as farming builds, nothing more. tell me when a totem build beats atziri with no death. totem already has a nice tradeoff (more character survivability to less dps than a self cast, when self cast isn't even that good), nerfing it further for lategame is too much and wreck build diversity more.

the only nerf i support is early game SB nerf thats it.

Trigger gems are an example of a stupid idea with horrendous implementation.

I prefer 100 times the way totems work than the way trigger gems do :/.
But that's partly because of IC I guess ( a lot because of IC, terrible design to me there ).
SSF is not and will never be a standard for balance, it is not for people entitled to getting more without trading.

I don't believe it, and you can't blame me. Multiplicative penalty on cast speed should make your cast speed slower than the reduced cast speed penalty from 1.0. There is some other factor influencing cast speed.

I feel like cast on melee kill is another vendor trash gem. Gem has 0 value whatsoever. But then it never had any value before so i don't care as much.

I sincerely doubt you were casting faster after the nerf. I'm not even sure that's mathematically possible, unless your IS totem builds had reduced cast speed even before the totem penalty.

this setup MELTS maps with safety and ease. CoMK is not the best gem (Sadly, it should be 100% with inc dmg as leveling bonus) but it has value and works very very well in some setups
