Rebirth your character! (prestige mode)

I do only have D2 as a reference, but it was first at lvl 94-99 it got insanely hard to reach the levels.

Well, in this game, this will start at 80. Reaching lvl 95 will take about 2 year according to chris.

Isn't this a common feature in Korean mmos to pointlessly extend the game so they dont have to add as much content? Its not really a fun thing. It just forces you to have to level your character twice other wise you wont be as good as other people in the game. It would become a requirment rather than a fun feature.

Minor addition to a gameplay-intensive version of this idea:

How about modifying an annoyingly useless character feature?
Light radius/color.
Every character can revert to level 1 when they reach whatever condition.
10% max light radius is permanently added when that character first resets. For every reset after, 1% less light radius is applied on top of the total, capping at 170% of base. After the last increase, the character unlocks the option to change the hue of their light.

MU online reference? hehe i don't think you need a reborn mechanism in this game.

I wouldn't support a rebirth feature, but unlocking a full respec at some point along the line would be nice.

Agreed, I reackon it would just end up like MU Online(Still a great game) but the repetitive compition is pointless. Mu Online(Korean) is probably one of the more successful Arpg games like this from ages ago....I have hosted so many of the private servers for this game back in the day lol.

There could be a separate league with a prestige enabled. Or as an option for the user created leagues
