" I think PoB should show you if life on hit is granted by the storm or just the attack. I'm guessing it's just the attack, but i could be wrong. Level 91 now, and have been feeling decently tanky in late maps even with only 6100 hp. |

PoB can show you either the attack stats or the storm (one storm only) stats. So I guess the life on hit should be attack + 3 (or 4) * storm.
I've tried life gain on hit on some builds but it doesn't seem to work well for most skills. It also doesn't work well on bosses which is where you need it the most. I guess since you already have the rings you can test it. Life regen is relatively low so you can get an estimate of how well it works on no leech maps. Yeah got one no regen map and took out the leech passive. The storm clouds did give me life, so I think its working ok. I think its a nice addition to life leech and really helps in maps where there is a map mod slowing life recovery rate.
Also it shines in situations where there is a lot of mobs, like rituals and harbringers and so on. I might keep using it if I manage to find decent enough rings, lost some ~150hp life and 25% chaos res when switching to these 5c rings. If I could get a ring with life hit + mana hit/leech, I could take off the passive point from leech and put it in life or something. Think blood rage leech + life on hit is enough. Well LGOH is a suffix so you lose a resist, attack speed, attribute etc. Makes it more difficult to get the rest of your gear.

" Its a prefix actually, atleast on influenced rings. Perfect would be a ring with P1 Life, LGOH and P1 phys attacks :) And then some suffixes for resists or attribute/attack speed. Dont think its a game changer, maybe just another layer of defense that might save you someday :) | |
" hello, ty for this build :-) i was in the same situation, with scaeva and saviour, so not a huge DPS ^^'. i'm damned to found a good weapon block so i tried a good sword without block and craft block on armour (loosing a little life) i tried the 2 ancestors totem, drop enfeeble and pick up Assasin's mark but i don't understand this choice :-/ "curse a single enemy" is not pretty useful in map and rituals with many mobs :-/ and self cast the curse "just for a boss encounter", it's not very practical imo :-/ and with maligaro gloves we are block at 300% crit multi.. i'm sure i missing something ^^ can you comment this choice plz ? :-) Dernière édition par king_deus, le 20 févr. 2021 11:08:14

Assassins mark is pretty big for crit chance against an enemy. So that's where the damage comes from. If you want more of the mapping capability similar to enfeeble, but to change to damage you could swap it for Vulnerability.

Personally I find self casting any curse to be very tedious but some people prefer it because they can level the gems. I'm enjoying the build so far, but had a basic question.
I have all the Auras turned on leaving me with no mana. I can use bladstorm 2-3 times and then I'm out of mana. How can I use bladestorm like you do without using Mana potions? I think this might be something basic that I'm missing. | |

I can't see what you've done but if you've followed the guide when you get hit the boot enchant activates so your mana cost goes down and you get more than 2-3 attacks. In any case you need to leech, you can't just attack in mid-air. Why would you want to anyway?
