Erm... is there a reason to run maim support in internal maim chest?
I know that it's only level 1, so lvl 20 will be much more damage, but nevertheless, ruthless or even fortify would be much better.
And if you really REALLY want maim lvl 20, maybe it was better not to use expensive serrated fossils, and craft +1 support gems instead. It would be much more damage, and it is much easier to craft.

I'm gonna stop playing this build.

It's amazing the things your golems can do and it's a veritable boss killer build.

But for mapping you have to spend insane amounts of currency to get to comfortable eHP levels. Reason being, well, even with the flask effects there is so much stuff out there which can almost insta-gib you (or in fact do so).
For an 'AFK' build there should be better layers of defense than just MoM. I have spend several ex worth of currency on equip but it's difficult to get beyond much more than 5k eHP. You need massive +life chest similar to what OP posted (beyond expensive, we talk 100 Ex upwards) and minmaxed life on all other equip.

So, GREAT build for bosses but uncomfortable for mapping and deeper delves which is, let's be frank, what most players spend most time with.

Still, thanks a lot for showing a nice new variant to golemancer that works like a charm evne with low investment up until you try to do high level maps. You can do so with great investments or by constantly rerolling with Chaos until you get some comfortable map mods. Not my idea of fun, though.

any chance of a lvling part in this build?
with gem setup, skill tree ect?

Ohh, I honestly forgot that i have the Maim Gem up in the chest, thanks for the hint x) Well ofc I would take it out now for either Rutheless or Fortify. I really didnt pay attention, took the gems as they were from Tabula to the Astral Plate. Well the lvl 1 Maim in the chest is just for the pseudo 7-link, giving more strength to the Ice Golems.

Its all about min-max. You will get a lot more dmg with maim chest compared to without. Why ? Well i know maim gem lvl 20 gives more dmg compared to lvl 1 but its all about debuff (enemies maimed). So with chest ur enemies are maimed and u can use ruthless now which gives u mini stun and a lot more dmg.

Maim lvl 20 -> "normal" dmg
Maim in chest + ruthless -> more dmg

Why do we enchant Commandment of Reflection on glove? It create a clone of character, but that's all. Any other advantages do we have?
