Global chat always has racism, vulgar language, hate speech and harassment. Remove it from the game.

Giving attention to clear trolling will only prolong senseless arguing in this thread while the OP post has no real arguments and is a clear bait. But, whatever, I can't stop people from being naive. Posting in this thread before its locked. Also, mentally ill people should not be allowed to global chat, I agree and I think chat moderators do their job well. I've only been once assaulted in global, it was by a toucan. Spreading salt since 2006

If you're that concerned for the wellbeing of new players, perhaps we should find a way to make sure they're forced to enter the 411 global channel first. After a few days, they get randomly booted to a different chat in order to prevent it from becoming another shitpost channel like global 1 and 2.

you're assuming that most new players to this type of game wouldn't expect global chat to be a cess pool. I'd wager most of them don't care because the internet.
