Best Cyclone Weapon Pros vs Cons: Atziri's Disfavor, Starforge, or Ngamahu's Flame?

So now that you can't slot ruthless with cyclone I guess that hurts starforge the most. But if you have a starforge as people have mentioned you can use any number of skills.

I'm a cheapass so I'm gonna try ngmahu's this league. Slayer still, probably, idk.

I have a lvl 95 berserker who uses disfvour, I reach 450k tooltip with all buffs, not including ruthless (does not display tooltip) last 15 levels essentially used to get vaalpact, so you could reach this with just level 80-85, my gear is not so strong, max 5 exalt for everything except chest (kaoms) and 6l disfavour (5l equivelent with no ruthless). I can clear all maps with any mods except no leech, but that will change with ni vaal pact, prior to getting vaal pact at level 89, i had same dps nd 700ish hp regen with 8600 life with no kaoms, was doing most content but not bosses, was not confident enough and not knowledgable. I wanted to try starforge, but path of building i tried it and it was inferior, due to having to swap axe nodes into sword nodes that are inferior and there are less of them, also you cant use auras, so blasphemy woth invul is your option, enfeeble for defensive, but thats not so good for bosses. You can also corrupt invul on the axe, and get helm ebchant and reach a lot of potential dps, but 150k tooltip is more that enough for everything below guardian bosses. With my character i just alc, check for reflect/no leech and go, but i prefer to not run temp chains, feels sad.
