3.11 -- Righteous Fire Juggernaut / Chieftain (Outdated and Abandoned)

Juggernaut
Unyielding: Now grants 8% increased damage per endurance charge (from 5%) and 6% increased area of effect per endurance charge (from 5%).

Shield Charge
Now deals damage in a cone, rather than a circle, on impact.
Now bashes when used against targets at very close ranges.
Can now be used with wands.
Now deals base damage equal to, and has an added damage effectiveness of, 100% at gem level 1 (from 50%), remaining the same through to gem level 20 (from 61%).
Now has 75% increased Stun Threshold Reduction on enemies at maximum charge distance (from 50%).
Now deals 150% more damage with hits at maximum charge distance (from 200%).
Now grants 90% increased movement speed during the attack at gem level 1 (from 75%), up to 109% at gem level 20 (from 94%).
Now has a mana cost of 10 (from 8) at all gem levels.
Now gains 1% increased movement speed per 1% gem quality (previously 1% increased damage per 1% quality).
Now deals damage based on your equipped shield, not your weapon. Here's how it does it:
Base off hand critical strike chance is 5%.
Adds 0.1% to critical strike chance per 10 maximum energy shield on shield.
Deals 11 to 17 base off hand physical damage at gem level 1, up to 132 to 198 at gem level 20.
Adds 2 to 3 physical damage per 15 armour or evasion rating on shield.
Base off hand attack time is 0.53 seconds at gem level 1, down to 0.48 seconds at gem level 20.

uhhh this makes endurance charge regeneration realy interesting for chieftains ;)

its a BIG juggernaut nerf btw. compared to all other melee classes. It was a jugg only thing to easily generate endurance charges when geting hit, now anyone can get them with ease.
Chieftain is much better now

Yep. Seems like theres little reason to run Jugg. A number of Jugg passives got placed in the passive tree as well, though not as strong obviously.

Anyone look into using the vaal passive node Divine Flesh? Makes 50% of the elemental damage you take convert to chaos resist, and raises your MAX chaos resist by 10% to 85% without any other +max resists. The downside being that all damage bypasses energy shield.

This seems at first glance to be amazing for RF builds, no? Just stack a shitton of chaos resist and you have 50% of your damage being mitigated by 85%. Or is this not as good as I think?

No PdH in theory crafting. Do we go chieftain now ? We lose some def stats but gain more dmg ? And TAWHOA ascendancy allows to generate endurance charge using fire skills. Does this means flame dash would generate it ? And would it interfere with EE on skill tree ? How it works ? Or do we invest 4 skill points just to get new small nod below juggernaut cluster that allows us to generate endurance charges when being hit ?

Wait for more official word but imo... Little reason to stay jugg. Chieftain seems better. The passive tree has endurance charge generation now.

Since I havent played chieftain I am most curious about EE interaction. What fire gem could help us to trigger endurance charges and wouldnt it give positive resist to fire dmg on mobs. And about what u said.... U literally said same thing I did. I know there is node that helps generate charges while being hit. But do we take that at 4 skill points or we can add some fire gem to our setup to proc it with ascendancy node. I dont know many gems and how they work so maybe there is simple solution to this that I am not aware off
