I think response on the forums is big enough to grab GGGs attention. I haven't seen that much complaining about supporter pack quality since I started playing this game.

Yes, no doubt they will see it. But put in perspective of how many buyers they got for the packs ...
I doubt the number of complaints challenge the number of buyers.
Plus if GGG team find the sets "awesome" ... Well ...

The problem is that there are layers here ;

-Titles
-Character frame
-Weapon effect
-beta key
-cloack
-armor set
-Tshirt and art book (assuming you bank enough)

Thoses are plenty of reasons people WILL buy.

It would be BETTER to have a "New extension shop" that would allow you to purchase armor/weapon eff/cloack independantly.
Having a "supporter pack" with only titles, frames and goodies would be nice but i think would hurt their sales.

I'm not saying they're trying to milk us. But with the actual system and the habits it encourage/create, they actually are. Willingly or not.

Thoses are, IMO, a few of the reasons things will stay this way.

I'm eventually getting the Beast pack (provided Fall of Oriath is received well... I'm in no hurry to spend money, and I'm not interested in the beta). It's about the cost a yearly $20 subscription.

I'll be the contrary opinion and state that the Outlaw pack is the armor set that's out of place compared to the others.

The armor sets are awfull.Can we get the weapon bundle instead ?Cause they look spot on.

Considering you're getting your money's worth in points on top of the MTX, I'd say the armor packs aren't exactly a dealbreaker.

I really like the outlaw armour, nice and minimalistic and affordable. Classic outlaw rogue-like leather, but not too cowboy. Cloak and hat are awesome and nice body pieces to go with it. But it does not look the best on a marauder, so that they showcase it on a marauder in the youtube vid is kinda weird. Will probably get that pack eventually.

As someone stated, there is no real sense of design progression among the tiers, like the Atlas packs had. Kitava is cool but everything below it is out of place having a different theme. I like Kitava but don't like any of the stuff below, cowboy is cool but don't think I would use it. So for this reason, I'm out.

Of course I will buy some packs BUT you all must admit that Legion and up armor sets do look too much "korean"... Sadface.

I like the sets. The only one I dislike is the $240 Beast set. I was going to for it originally but there more I've seen it the more I dislike it. I'll probably go for the Eclipse Pack since I love that set and spend that $80 towards the Chimera Pack I have on stand by.

I was pretty excited for the armours but I'm sad that they don't come close to the original Forsaken Masters armour packs.

Just as a vote for a future packs, must say this ones are not really by my taste.

Wow...so disappointed in the new armour sets. Like many others on this thread, I feel they look too out of place. To me, they make you look more like the monsters we are fighting than actual armour. Just don't understand the reasoning behind this. Made sense for the Atlas packs (guardian themed armour), but how about some armour that looks like, well, armour. I actually liked the shape of the Beast set when i first saw it, but for fuck sake, please...stop...using...purple. I liked my purple breach stuff, but These sets are just too "busy" and messy looking for me. I held off buying an Atlas pack hoping these would be even more awesome. Damn. Regret. Oh well, I'll probably still buy a low level pack for the points/beta key, or wait until 3.0 to see the next league packs.
