It's funny cause this league I've seen someone running around with a character name 'NoMoreCowboyMTX' or something like that... then this armor set lol.
I am a proverbial 'Mom's basement' type so I wasn't planning to buy anything fancy either way. But I definitely had to buy something just to get some points for the currency tab finally lol. I have to say though I'm really happy with the $30 pack... Sleek minimalist portrait frame... Sparkly weapon effect with a neat action streak. I recommend! Can't wait for stash tab sale now!! Finally no more orb stacks OMG XD |

Indeed, new armors are ugly sounds like a "transformers armor" >> robotic style, i like something like real medieval warriors but these armors? And his colors? Lol, i will buy only simple pack to take beta key and few points to my tabs, my money is precious to spend in something like that

" Going to be frank here - these current packs are soo bland and the art quality is kinda awful. GGG is slacking here. Comparing Atlas and these new supporter packs to some of the older packs it's like 2 different art styles completely. Best art was done for Release Supporter packs and Ascendancy Supporter packs - high quality and very nice designs. |

New armors are designed for young people with terrible taste. They look so dumb in the context of the game. Why can't GGG make some armors that fit the game? Various new enemy models show that they are fully capable of making fitting armors for the world, yet they continue to throw floating disco skull heads and giant pauldrons large enough to make Blizzard's art department thirsty. People say the 480 one looks great, but if you actually close up on it, the quality of the model is pretty awful in comparison to the Atlas and Grandmaster models and not fitting for the price point. Its great that people are so adamant about supporting GGG, but I worry the low standards of this community is just gonna keep having this kind of crap spewed at us.
Someone worded it perfectly. These support packs legit look like cheap Chinese microtransations for some random asian mmorpg. I've always been a critical ass regarding GGG's art department for mtx releases, but I really feel these are bottom of the barrel garbage. Was waiting to buy the next pack and suport GGG but rly hated them
rly a cowboy skin WTF Will wait for next pack wave I had the intention of buying the first pack with each update in the game but unfortunately I will pass on this one. As much as I like the game unfortunately I only have money available for the first pack. (And compared to the minotaur pack it is basically horrible) GGG could well improve the quality of the packs after all they are exclusive for a certain time, it has to be more attractive |

I had VERY high expectations after Chris(GGG) announced that the new armors are "the best they ever made".
What a disappointment. I´m so glad I got my hydra pack before. The Atlas armors where great and very well designed. The new armors look like GGG changed their designer. Especially ECLIPSE is probably the ugliest design I´ve seen since my last time I accidentially switched on Powerrangers. Eclipse looks like the manga / transformer / powerranger design of an 8 year old. Lol. Just lol. Then BEAST. In my humble opinion, Beast competely misses a design guideline. It looks totally random, stuffed with strange and undefined shapes. It follows no clear layout nor has it any recognisable pattern. It´s plain ugly and not well done. The only armor that really stands out is the Kitava armor - and this one looks like it´s from a different design team. Although "a bit too much" for my taste, it looks great and "finished". But then, it´s 500$... Nope GGG, that wasn´t your best work - it´s one of the worst in my personal eyes. |
