Beast and Kitava sets look too bulky, even on ranger. I wish they could shrink the size a little bit.

Well after much thought, I caved. Surprisingly it is quite amazing, way better in game than shown in the YouTube clips and webpage. Extremely happy to own this round of supporter pack. Thanks GGG.

Outlaw looks pretty good.
Legion is... ok? Eclipse is gaudy. Beast is excessively gaudy. Kitava is better than Beast but still gaudy. "Less is more." The nerfs will continue until morale improves.

" I'm pretty sure these were intended to be the final ones, though based on what seems to be largely negative feedback, I wouldn't be shocked if they brought out a new version on release of 3.0. I don't see how they can redo the existing versions as some people already bought them. Fwiw I quite like the way the Kitava set looks and may end up getting it, but I agree with the general sentiment about the others being sub-par. One thing that's important to remember (as previously stated by ggg) is that the vast majority of players never even visit the forums let alone share their opinions here. We have no idea how sales of these new packs are going compared to previous packs. If they are selling in the volume they were expected to, then I would guess any negative feedback here will simply be ignored. Money talks. |
