Tinko,
I already provided the argument that RNG has nothing to do with the ability to progress clvl, as you can still gain EXP all the way to 100 without ever setting foot into a map. Please note that I never indicated that OPTIMAL EXP GAIN was not subject to map RNG. But, then again, most optimization in PoE will bring RNG into the equation, part of the game design. |

" That's not the argument about the subject of discussion, isn't it? Like I've also said, one can farm normal Hillock until lvl 100, it's possible, but... please. Maps are here, available by luck or currency, an "official" end game state, lets stick to that part. Good, optimal exp gain, the thing I'm talking about, logically. Why is it like that? Why is a leveling process based on luck in this genre? Part of the game design? Obviously, but why? Why is it better than a reasonable leveling process which has nothing to do with luck? Like it is in any other game except maybe some cassino/gambling games, which probably share the same system. Maybe GGG knows something about that, and none of us has a slightest clue what that is, and I'd really like to know why is it like this, simple question, yet never answered properly. |

" While leveling to 100 without mapping may be theoretically possible, nobody has done it, or even remotely close. If someone wants to get from California to New York, reasonable discussions can be had about trains, cars, or airplanes. You're suggesting walking. With your shoes tied together. Not exactly reasonable, hm? Dernière édition par Finnien#5444, le 22 févr. 2014 à 16:05:15

" I don't believe at any point I suggested that it was reasonable, only possible. Another discussion could be had to determine if there is actually a "need" to get to clvl 100. But that, obviously, would be a different discussion. |

" First, nice skipping. And again you've continued the same path, path of pointlessness. Is there a "need" to reach the Lioneye's Watch on normal with your first character? Is there a "need" to do anything in any game? ... No. No need for different discussion about that, or is it? Irrelevant. |

Possible, but not optimal implies that it's just less efficient, not so damn slow that nobody will ever do it. That kind of comment is not only useless, but actively detrimental. It's like saying it's possible to loot four eternals and two mirrors in a single map. Sure, it's technically possible, but it doesn't serve any purpose in a reasonable discussion about currency drop rates.

" Wait, what? You only trade to exchange orbs, yet have spent easily 50 exalts worth of chaos, at least, rolling maps in this league? You found this currency? Is this league permanent standard? Or a 4 month? Casually casual. Dernière édition par TheAnuhart#4741, le 22 févr. 2014 à 16:47:29

" Simply astounding! I had to kill exactly 349,128,254 crates and barrels to make the only two I actually found since OB drop. Wish the armchair developers would go back to developing armchairs.

You need a lvl 100 character like a fish needs a bicycle.
We, as players, have access to all we need in order to see/do all current content.
Spoiler
I don't mean to so badly rustle jimmies, I'm just pointing stuff out.
