More specifically, how the burning endurance discharge build compares to other discharge builds like the power charge crit build.
Based on some responses, it seems logical to go for a higher burst dmg build (power charge build) in standard league. I feel the endurance charge build is probably better for hardcore/onslaught, due to it being safer.
While a power charge build is quite strong, from what I can gather it requires alot of very specific gear and a fairly high level, whereas the burning discharge build can be used from as low as 30 assuming you have a searing touch and an elemental proliferation gem.
