Kripps Discharge build not as OP as ppl make it out to be?

Since discharge was buffed, I've been very interested in making a discharge build, but I'm not sure which build I want to follow. I know many ppl are following Kripps Endurance charge build, but I heard from numerous sources that it isn't as good as some other discharge builds (such as the power charge crit build). I was just wondering which is the best overall discharge build? (also, opinions from ppl who are following kripps build or any discharge build is appreciated)

The reason Kripp is going Endurance [Burning] Discharge, is because the other Discharge variants are TOO strong. In Hardcore (Onslaught) you run the risk of one-shotting yourself on Elemental Reflect, thus it is too risky..

op: run power charge. 1 big nuke imo feels better than a smaller boom watching things burn.

Basically, there are builds that you make when death costs you 15% progress and there are builds that you make when you can die once then leave the league.

Every variant of HC endgame builds can be made stronger, just lessen ES or HP nodes and spend them on more damage, but this is not a game that forgives glass cannon builds on HC.
