Kripparrian is playing poe!!!!
He's new to the game and just learning like most of us. Over all I think he's a good guy and it is definitely a good thing that he is playing and bring a ton more players to this community.
I wouldn't have a problem with GGG giving him his "Kripptonite" flask either. Because, at the end of the day, he is responsible for bring in quite a bit of money to GGG. Dernière édition par Peanutz#0274, le 3 août 2012 à 09:44:20

" Thanks for this post. You know what, guys? The combat in PoE IS clunky. It IS below par for the high expectations people have of an ARPG, because of the stellar combat of the Diablo games. GGG have nailed the "RPG" part of the genre, but they still need to work on the A for "Action". Should the combat play exactly like Diablo III? Of course not. But should it have a high level of responsiveness and fluidity befitting of a top tier ARPG title? Absolutely. |

" The real question is how much it will last. |

He associates with Charity scamming scum(James), therefore I have no use for the guy.
He seems like an alright guy himself, maybe a little cocky and a lot of ego(warranted I guess if you have 2k people watch you grind), but the friend thing is hard to overlook. I dont really care that he got something free, thats what fame/charisma/etc gets you in life. There is no reason to get bent out of shape because someone got something free, something you volunteered to donate to. Its probably good for the game that he got a pack and is playing the game. Its a good game, needs the publicity. However, I really lost a lot of respect for the guy friending a charity scammer and then sticking his head in the sand while said guy throws a negative light all over his stream the entire time he is on it. Overall I liked listening to Kripp occasionally while I played d3/PoE. Hes a good guy. He just needs to associate with better company or watch his rep get crushed by bad apples. I was following threads on diablo 3, then read a thread about PoE and kripps, then watched his videos, then went to PoE website and read some more, then bought a support access to beta.

" What's the fuss anyway? Kripps simply stated his opinion. Actually in streams later he said it feels slow at the beginning and it gets better as you level up. Specifically I think he mentions "animation lock" as an issue. But that doesn't stop him playing. Anyway, GGG just put the "top three" live streams on their homepage. That's pretty awesome of them to do that. It helps them, and it helps streamers. Ohhhhh and there is a RSS feed now? THANK you GGG. Finally I can add it to my iPad Rss reader. Tthough it's made somewhat redundant by the more thorough content on the twitter feed, twitter app is not so great for reading, and the RSS apps keep a nice log of previous entries that get cached for a while, which is nice. |

" He's associating with Chris Wilson...so I'd say that's a good move. And they said *I* was bad at PoE. At least I made it out of act 1 and know how to use the /dnd function. El oh fucking el.
I am Path of Exile's biggest whale. Period. |
