The last 5 pages have been a total waste of time to read.
It's just people bitching about some whiny ass shit. Let Krip have his Kiwi, why not. As long as it is not thrown out like crazy to every shmok begging for one it's okay. I generally find it very pleasing to see him promoting the game and having fun. His D3 critique and feedback on improvements are good and if he uses these insights on PoE as well we can all hope for big improvements in the future. I'm just eagerly awaiting the next PoE video by him. |

Pretty sure if this fellow Kripp is stil playing and doing analyses of PoE, he's probably not gonna stop anytime soon, because he's obviously enjoying the game.

Hey there everyone ! I didn't have the courage to read all the thread but I'd like to point out my opinion concerning Kripp's Silver Kiwi.
I don't mind that he got a Kiwi !! ;D GGG gave him a Kiwi because he has been doing the game a big favor :D, that is exposing the game to more people (more than 50 000 according to the YouTube views). I watched his 2 latest youtube vids about PoE and they are indeed well made ! As Chris said in his post, he doesn't want to dilute the value of the Kiwis ! I trust Chris, I trust GGG ! |

In a typical advertising sense, Kripp and Kungen have probably both passed up the number of impressions to justify a silver kiwi.
People with a lot of advertising power de facto become 'Press' and within that, they often get perks that serve to improve their advertising capacity... There is also a high chance that at some point Kripp will realize how much enjoyment he's gotten out of the game and will support the game himself as well anyway. Kripp and Kungen brought me here. I've been searching for a game like this for a long time and I would never have known about it if it weren't for them.
I really love this game btw. I don't have much time to play but I'm enjoying every minute of it! Very deep, very interesting! |
