So i logged off after my last death and was about to start a different character and was so disgusted that i came to the forums. I had gotten to a point once again where playing felt more like a job than actually having fun. I want my own progression so i play SSF. I don't want to be forced into trading and buying items as it isn't fun for me.

I have played since release and every league i hit the same wall. I level to 93-94 and than it just stops. No upgrades because the currency i try to farm never drops. I have seen 4 Perfect Exalted Orbs since the start of week 3 when i was doing Level 80 area maps. I have target farmed ritual with 6 mod maps(which one portal maps are beyond irritating). I have 100% rarity on gear. The maps i run never have less than 175 total rarity and usually over 200 rarity. My atlas is specced for every node that increases quantity, rarity and increases to waystone and tablets. I have watched countless videos(which i think is a joke that i even have to) I use 2 ritual tablets and one boss tablet for area level 80.I have seen one purple omen in 3 weeks. I have done the same approach with Abyss to try and get more higher end currency and same results. I farmed 30 Level 81 logbooks only to find out the drops in logbooks are horrible and only thing they are good for is splinters. I do not like the breach so i don't do it. I hit the /played and it looks like from league start to now i am playing about 5.5 hours per day. I have followed Fubgar build guide for Poison Burst Arrow and know what i would like to achieve. I know the gear i would like to craft but the drop rates in this game just sucks.

I feel like logging on every day to play for 5+ hours has turned into a never ending slog. There are 7 weeks left to this league and i honestly just feel like looking for another game. POE2 is a great game but its unsustainable for many of us once we hit a certain point due to the endless grind and never achieving anything.

My suggestions would be one of the following. Pick one path and make it work.

1)A real crafting system that when you actually get the higher end currencies there is a realistic chance of getting the outcome that you want.

2)Increase the drop rate of high end currency ALOT and keep your current slot machine crafting system. After 9 weeks i should have seen 100's of Perfect Exalted Orbs and not just 4.

3)Instead of littering the ground with mind numbing amounts of garbage drops create character specific tier drops so that don't have shit modifers. The best way to put it is make drops actually exciting. Currently after 9 weeks i pick up bases and currency. I used to pick up more but the DESTRUCTINATOR isn't worth my time.

I am sure there are other ideas. It sucks to have to look for a different game as this game has a ton of potential.

What does proper scaling mean?

You haven`t played diablo 4.
Your statements about diablo 2 are simply untrue.
You haven`t mentioned last epoch which has a system directly referring to Your case.

What makes You think Your definition of proper is proper or even better than this topic contributors?

GGG has tons of raw data to base their decision off. Yet You seem to ignore that completely.

Couple of clearly more experienced players tried to gently explain what is wrong with Your statements and attitude toward goals/chase/carrot. Yet You seem to ignore that completely.

Sorry pal but right now seems like your goal is to post farm with gib me more loot attitude. I sincerely suggest You to try LE/Diablo4 because they seem to suit You and Your 5 friends more. Maybe go back to diablo2 and try to rethink those non-miserable loot tables chasing after enigma or any high rune related runeword. Great update was released couple of days ago.

since You have that much time to answer for each and every post separately, maybe watch some videos improving Your game knowledge. Seriously, even some shorts during taking shit can be gamechangers for Your SSF journey/general game knowledge.
