It was wrong putting caps 75% to Elemental defences by GGG team so they corrected it with ELe Armour defences. It will be the same if putting caps to DPS but i strongly agree that unlimited damage is ruining Vision's meaningful combat. My idea instead of putting cap is to make health bar of Bosses be adaptable to party's overall DPS. So with this trick whether you play solo or in team you wouldn't kill bosses in few secs even if you play OP build. I think this is another guaranteed solution that wouldn't hurt OP builders.[/quote] You have a point but what about MS? Overall it's not a bad idea but this mechanism needs a lot of work by Devs rather than putting a simple cap. There are many solutions but doing nothing to unlimited damage brings disaster to meaningful... anything! |

I would say the solution here is to add boss mechanics and stages, like in many other games, so you can't over-DPS the boss.
If a person decides to play with one click, it's their choice, but for bosses, they will need to follow the rules. | |
