it's BIS currently, but you are able to use gloves without this. There's nothing wrong with just 35% MS boots or gloves with t1 attack damage line. You gotta come to terms with the concept of playing without BIS gear until you either craft it or buy it.
Maybe next season they will add more content to create other options, but just removing things is not the answer. Hands of Wisdom gloves were the meta at launch and now they're like 20ex for double sockets. Things change

the issue is that this will completely kill all builds that cant use those in end game it is the meta right now and always will be until they will add some stronger
they need to fix the base issue of slow movement speed and stationary skill not to just throw a "movement socket " at us and 100% inc effect
whit also cant be used ur u must unique boots for ur build and then ur farm just sucks
the unique boots in the game also suck because of their low movement speed
right now everyone is forced in the end game to use those 100%effect inc boots and "momentum" or the freaking absurd "mount" (whos idea was this thing? it must be removed from the game)

You are absolutely delulu, I'm playing deadeye lv96 and don't have any of those but still blasting through the endgame. Also tell me what is endgame in your mind?
Min max players will always min maxing, you remove those then other items will rise up, do you want to remove those players then?

Most of you didn't even try to understand what the OP is getting at. He's talking about a particular modifier being so powerful, that it overshadows all other modifiers to the point where the gear is not considered worth using (at a certain power threshold) without it.

Hands up if any of you are using a weapon without +skill, or boots without increased movement speed.

The decent ones if it's gloves with 2 slots are 100-200div and more, if it's not expensive for you, why being jelous?

If it's 1 slot then the 100% effect is barely the best modifier.

For the boots it's certanly not mandatory, I don't need 100 effect in the boots, the other mods are better for my build.

When someone make such thread and 100% wrong, the only you may think he's 100% jealous about 100% effect. The information is 100% correct.

You are confusing white and cold. You are speaking of the broken builds trying to compare them to the pretty much usual item modifier which is just slightly better than the others, not mandatory to use, end especially not difinitive for the builds.

This is bullshit, enough is enough.
