What is a point of reflect damage?

Or the player can avoid this 'reflect' by using more than 1 skill... an Elemental skill for Phys Reflect, and a Phys skill for Ele reflect.

To build strong phys damage you need phys nodes and gear, same about elemental damage. You can't do both any good, unless you 50:50 converter

This is where you fail.
It's not games fault you only choose to use one skill, especially considering you have 4-6 items with sockets, meaning that even if you only but one skill per item thats 4-6 skills.

Elemental reflect adds more cheese than difficulty. But I simply use bear traps and poison arrow to deal with the odd rare mob with elemental reflect.
To kill you, like every other enemy affix in this game.
