[3.20] KissMeQuick's Slayer Reave: REBORN — T19 100% Maps & Mad Strong in Sanctum — Starter

Could you post a tree with a couple of leveling milestones, seems weird you post a starter build but only provide a lvl 98 pob? I can understand you don't want to make different leveling pob's but at least give one without cluster for something like 80.

Note - little less dps, no thread of hope, versatile comb and diff pathing. Probably easier to build(too much res). 1 free gemslot.
Also no more dodge and lucky... should not work. Anyway great build.

Another question from myself is this build definitely a good starter? Because the build description is great and it looks very good from min to max.

I also had the question if Versatile Combatant (62% block/50% spell block) is worth it before you can get the spell block boots, or is 87% block crucial?

Did this build gain from the new passive tree in 3.16 or is it similar?

Very much likely no, 87% block is too good. If I am proven to be wrong - this can be changed with 1 regret orb.

It gained a lot defensively, meaning that it can invest more into offense from everywhere else and do higher tier content earlier.

I've tried almost all of these combos and no - you also have to have fortify passives + you're higher level.
I do welcome more fiddling around though (:

I think there's a very real case to be made for going Slayer instead of Glad

If we take versatile combatant (basically needed since our spellblock is nonexistant without it) we end up with 62% 50%

As a slayer you get base culling strike+, overleech or extra crit, and 2.4m extra dps using POB items

In return you end up with 52% 50%, still decently tanky and arguably even tankier with slayer leech.

I'll personally give it a shot!

No, Slayer is definitely not the way to go but you are always welcome to try it.
There are items in the PoB which have stats for passives because PoB is not fully updated.
If you remove them you'll see that Slayer has less damage.

Gladiator is 20% more damage from Arena Challenger & 25 - 50% more damage from Violent Retaliation. It's a Berserker with free block.

Spell block is not a necessity, it never has been.
