20K Armor.
400 life on block.
Endurance Charges.
Stun immune.
30% Reduced Crit damage taken.
20% Dodge, 10% Spell dodge.
50% uptime on Steelskin.


There's probably a lot more to add to this list and some numbers might change up or down, need to wait until PoB is fully updated.

I think this build will be tankier than ever now.

For sure, I will be playing this league myself although I have played it too much already - it's my 7th or 8th league Reavin' but it's simply most likely the most OP build & class below 100 EX there is in the Scourge league.

WILL UPDATE FULLY ONCE THE FULL POB ARRIVES

First iteration of 3.16 Reave / BF at level 98 with gear from a year ago which should be capable to acquire in leagues.

This will only get stronger by at least 10 - 40%.

This is mega tanky and it should be a breeze to play as it has maximum QoL.

No hinder or maim, no ailments, no stuns, no freezes, no bleed or poisons of any kind or anything at all that could mess up your gameplay.

Super duper tanky, giga high DPS, some notables and passives still aren't working - lucky damage is actually more than listed atm etc.

DPS is lower than in videos per 3.15 overall nerfs but

6 seconds of Blade Flurry should be ~ 72M damage
6 seconds of VDS should be ~ 40M damage
=
Sirus 9 dead from 100-0 in 6 seconds.

It really does not get any better than this - this is THE BUILD for the Scourge.

Watching this guide with interest, currently planning to leaguestart with this. First try at the new tree looks very promising, though negative chaos res makes me whince.

There's ~90% excess elemental resistances available with open affixes to play with which will convert to 70% chaos resistance if you put the money in.
This PoB is simply using old gear.

Are you league starting this build for scourge?
