Very small space available ... forces my buddy to go back to town every 5-7 mins to sell everything he is not going to use... this is terrible imo. Bag space is a huge factor in how fun a game is. If i have to go back to town every 5-10 mins. I am not playing the game for 3-4 mins every 5-10 because i am sitting in town selling Again... just saying been watching my friend play this game for a total of like 3-4 hours now and going to town after clearing 1/6 of a dungeon is sad.

I think the stash is perfect size but it still does not offer you more game time...you are in town when you use it....

No they shouldn't increase the inventory size you should stop picking up every flashy item you see. And if they add a wagon system like in daggerfall it would make both the hoarders and the non-hoarders happy. Hoarding ruins the experience though, just take the items you will consider using or super rare items that will get a high price with traders.

Couldn't have said it better myself.
Scouring the internet since birth.
I dont think allowing hoarding will decrease the fun of hoarders :P
Also those who dont hoard wont be harmed on such a change.
I guess we may buy bags or such and im fine with that.
more bag space is properly gonna be one of those micro transactions.

They said the microtransactions would be vanity items not gameplay changing.
I have nothing against the inventory, seems diablo-like to me, wich is very nice.

Inventory is probably fine for someone, but for myself i feel like it kinda small even though it has the same size in diablo.
IMO it all repends on the stash size. Inventory space does not matter that much since you usually only pick up a small percentage of the items that are droped. Also, in Diablo2, a big part of the inventory was used by id book, tp book, potions and charms, so the useful inventory space should actually be bigger in PoE than in D2.

However, I do hope that the stash is HUGE. I like collecting rare stuff, especially if it might come in handy later or on another character. For example, I play median XL with PlugY, and i keep one of each different sacred unique i find, same goes with sets. I also try to any useful base sacret item that i might need for shrine crafting or a runeword later. Oh and i also need space for runes, gems, jewels, shrines, signets of skill, etc. Pages are 10*10, and i still use a few dozens.

And if you never played median xl and have no idea what im talking about, you should check it out. It's pretty neat.

The fact that you can't sell items I think justifies the inventory size, which allows a player to focus on leaving inventory open for more important items like the "currency" items.
Inventory and Weight management have always been staples of hack and slash games.
I think that the inventory is good but the items take up too much space, they are just too big.
It seems to me that some of them could deal with fewer fields.
