Inventory size

so what is the point of even make normal items , if u never gonna pick them because u waiting for good rares to drop.
From some videos i saw normal items drop alot.
Simple: the game makes the item first, and then decides whether it's magical (or rare) and how many sockets it has.

Also, if every item that dropped were valuable, what would be the point of electing not to pick them up?

(a similar question can be asked about infinite inventory space)

i reckon the inventory size is fine. i mean if there are items you really wanna keep then you just put them into your stash. and the stash is huge. i havent played the game myself but ive seen gameplay footage online and it seems to me that there are several tabs of stash spaces as well. im pretty sure those you can unlock, much like in titan quest. but yeah, in my opinion the inventory and stash are fine.
Ok my 2 cents:

Inventory in D2 was too small but ppl "survived" with this one all the years - so it should not be that bad having the same size. I would enlarge it a bit so it is 2 times the height of the "largest" item.

"All those loot" :
no one is forced to pick up all white items ... they will be picked as baseitems to upgrade maybe but beside that without money they just stay on the ground and don´t take space at all. Also you can set the options that whites are not shown at all if you don´t want to be distracted from the shiny colored ones.

"shared stash/vault":
4 shared tabs per account/league seems fine as a start.
They could sell additional ones but i don´t see that this will get them many microtransactions.
Free2play .. free to have many accounts - so if they limit the vault the one thing that will happen is that ppl create more accounts to store uniques or nice rares and baseitems rings etc.
In classic d2 up to like 3 months into LoD i had like 16 accounts all filled with items. Some mules for helmets, gloves, shoes ... many for sets and uniques. Rares here will have a chance to beat every unique of the same slot - so they will be hoarded and take the space the sets did in d2.
And i don´t think ppl will change their habits in this game that much.
It will only create more accounts if the space on one is too limited or does cost too much money for later tabs.
At least the numbers of accounts are a nice number to post for the devs to show that their game is played that much so this may be not that bad for them...

the point is not to have an infinite inventory. i never said that. Instead, something a bit larger so that you don"t have to come back to your stash every 10minutes.

On the other hand, i think the stash is fine right now...
Hi, i try to keep very clean my characther's inventory keeping most of the things on the stash; once we be able of sell stuff to the NPCs and on the stores... i gonna sell until the last piece of junk that i found out there, rightnow im running out of space on the inventory aswell as in the stash. But it think that the size of booth is very good, i'll just ask for 1 more line on in the character's inventory, we'll play better to the Tetris with the stuff with just one more line. Let's C ya

I didn't want to read the whole thread, so if I repeat someone else's post, my bad.

If the inventory system is like Diablo, Torchlight, Fate, DotA, etc, than you should seriously change it. It's a horrible system, and doesn't even make sense. I would strongly suggest having the whole "one item one square system" that a lot of MMORPG's use. It's much nicer and cleaner to use.

If not, then AT LEAST have an auto-organize button in-game so that we don't have to repeatedly organize, organize, and organize again. Thanks!

Is there at least a town portal spell/waypoints or even mobile merchants to combat the small inventory size?

How about some backpacks to increase the inventory size?

And global inventory for all the characters you create like Titan Quest Immortal Throne and Diablo 3?
