Failed to connect to instance.

Also have this problem, i try to Enter a map, loading screen appears. After some time...Error: Disconnect. Failed to join instance.
This happens randomly after some maps again. The instance does not seem to crash because the portals remain, but the instance is not accessible. |

same here, tried to do one of my two 100%+ quantity map with eradicator. Portals left but any attempt to enter fails :/
How do I feel ? :( |

I have the same problem. I even reinstalled PoE - the problem persists. Did the WinMTR, no package losses (https://pastebin.com/pJ6mfkNP) --> this was with London, but I have also had issues with Frankfurt.
It does seem to be based on particular areas. For example, I kept not being able to go into Library but all other zones, e.g. Belly of the Beast worked. I have 16GB of RAM and never run over 12 GB. Weirdly, I played Delirium extensively until late April / mid-May and had no problem. I came back last week to try out builds and ever since have had these disconnects. Edit: Just tried to enter Slave Pens on Milan - failed to connect + disconnected upon entering. Then switched to Moscow - disconnected again. Nice, it just happened in the new league start...

Yeah I've had this same problem for 5 days now. I thought maybe with the new patch and server restart it would clear up. . . but no, still getting dc with "failed to connect to instance". Happens about 50% of the time when changing areas. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE FIX :(

taking me at least 5+ attempts to log into a town.... crashing most zone changes, unplayable. |

Playing in HCSSF and crashes altleast 1 out of 3 zones i enter saying failed to connect to instance. it has taken me 3 hrs to get to act 3 rather than the usual 45 mins. Cannot do boss race at all like this. Australia realm, GGG pls pls pls fix!

Having the same problem since launch (Tried Cali, AUS, and NZ gateways, all are doing the same thing)
