I've been having this issue since 3-4 leagues ago. It's especially bad in the first days of league start. First day disconnects rate are around 30-50%

Resetting the instance usually helps on leveling areas

The issue usually goes away over the first 1-2 weeks of the league

I've actually bought a vpn service just for that problem but that didn't help also

GGG says it's your own connection problems and doesn't seem to offer any solutions...

Tryed using a VPN it doesnt help me. I have been playing this game for 3 years with no issues nothing has changed and its not my internet. pls fix GGG.

It's getting better. Now when i try log in this morning - i'm getting timed out in High gate, thus, i can't even get into the game as my character is parked there.

Can GGG please look into this matter fast as it's not possible to play the game in this current state..

Or atleast give us a response to let us know you are aware of the issue and are working on it.

Every other instance is failing to load for me currently, I can barely play the game. Even upon trying to log in the instance for the town is not loading half the time. Any news?

Same for me. Some instances are unable to load for like 5 times until it finally works. Never had the problem before.

Tried different servers, different renderer, verified the files, waited a day but it didn't help.

after hotfix devs just released the disconnections from maps started hapenening again
dont know how that mini update causing this but i hope they fix it

This is still a problem GGG it has been since league launch. pls can we get an ETA on a fix it is impossible to play when half the time you cant log back in to town or enter the next zone and doing lab is just stupid it took me 15 attempts to get through all the load screens on normal lab without being kicked.

same problem here (EU servers), cant even do normal lab. i would say 1 out of 5 instances, i get dc'd. tried vpn, didnt work for me. it was fine until morning (like 6-7am CET), lets hope its nothing big!
