Failed to connect to instance.

I really never had this issue. Today I've gotten it like 5 times so far. I cant progress right now at all. Tried standalone, steam, different graphics settings, etc etc.... :(

I tried to connect using WINMTR.
This is one of several tests I made using different servers, Texas, California, Amsterdam after several crashes.
Every crash turned up an identical winmtr log.

No other site on the internet is giving me any problems.

Also getting tons of "Failed to connect to instance".

Act1.
Walking from the WP in 'The Coast" and that the game works as usual:

Progressed the game to 'The Ledge'.

Couldn't load to 'The Ledge' Got "Failed to connect to instance" several times and got kicked back to the account login page.

Made a new character: Progressing as "normal" but this time I couldnt load into The Submerged Passage. Kicked out to account login page.

Now while trying to go back to the submerged passage I cannot load The Mud Flats. Kicked out to account login page.

Now unable to use WP in Lion's Eye in order tp to The Coast.

Same issue. Trying to fit in some practice for the league start and i time out every time i try to enter Mud flats at the moment..

Not looking promising. Please fix?

Yup. Same.

Seems completely random, and it doesn't matter which gateway I'm using. I usually can progress if I go back to the instance that crashed, and Ctrl-click and make a new instance.
This didn't used to be a problem until maybe two weeks ago, and I do R-E-A-L-L-Y hope you have this solved on Harvest launch.

I have the same issue. Trying to enter Karui Fortress but have been disconnected three times already.. Got disconnected several times this morning also on other locations. I can't continue the game when I get kicked out all the time..
Anyone know what to do?

weird thing is some maps never crashes for me for example lair map i di like 20 of those in a row and no crash than tried a diffrent map and it disconnected many maps this happens

i dont know if this is server problem or game files but i hope devs fix it in harvest update because at this rate not only me but many will quit because we cant even play

Happening to me aswell now. Been doign a lot of runs up to act 5 the last few weeks just to get my speed up. Today i made two chars and it happend on bouth of them first oen goign into old fields act two and second one when i try to enter act 2
