Yep, this is still happening, it has NOT been fixed. Not even close.

This is still happening in June 2020 on the European servers.

Im having this issue on American servers texas and cali realms both wont let me load the ledge.

I have the same problem.
I can´t lvl a character or run a map because every character has a different area/ map in which I get this message. I changed the server, computer, internet connection nothing helps =/ |

Also having this issue attempted to change graphic and sound settings from high/med to all low and also tried DX11 and Vulcan same problem on both. Tested on Texas and Cali.

Just lost all 6 portals to Laboratory map trying to enter the instance. Each time I was disconnected with the message "Failed to connect to instance."

I've only had this issue the past two days, but now it's every other instance and then I need to change server to be able to re-enter the instance. Not boding well for league start
