Why not just start multi modding a base of t1 attributes and increased dmg per 15 int?

You have to regal/annul because you need to convert the item from magic->rare to be able to actually add the max number of mods (magic items can only have 1 prefix, 1 suffix).

Ah ok, Ive only fossil crafted so I dunno much about the regal annul stuff. So I imprint>regul>annul the new affix, then multimod. So that could get expensive just trying to annul the right affix..

I think an ammy with multi modded int/%es/elemental dmg would be worth a decent amount even with t2 attributes?

i sold amulet like that with str + dex implicit and 11% atr + damage per 15 int

annuled to rare for 5ex in this league, was trying for 10ex for 2 days without progress ;D

as Occultist you need Dream Fragments ring or Cannot be Frozen crafted prefix on boots

or the most simple quicksilver flask with freeze immune

your helm gives +10% mana reserved, that dude could just take 4% mana reseved node near CI and dont bother with Essence Worm

i'm running all 4 auras with common helmet and lvl 3 enlighten with 194 mana unreserved
