Ziggy on Herald of Agony and Pathfinder:
Quill rain necromancers everywhere.
Ziggy can't be serious though. All other minions become obsolete if this thing is truly as strong without minion nodes as iron man specters are with nodes and supports. Or say 2100 strength baron zombies. Actually you might not even want to run necro if the scalings are that retarded, you'll probably be better off going occultist or hierophant. |

Aww, the gimmicky hybrid poison/summon character I intended to play is going to be meta :(
... AND FUN ! |

" While I agree with you, you need to also remember that you only get the one minion with Herald of Agony, meanwhile the other summoner builds get a small army of minions, increasing damage significantly. So while the Agony minion may be as strong or stronger than, say, a single spectre, it can never hope to reach the level of damage multiple spectres provide. No doubt the Agony minion would be a LOT more powerful with investment in minion nodes, but at that point, you may as well play any other summoner build because again, one minion does not compare to an army |

" But what Ziggy says is that they will compare to a fully kitted summon skill. This implies at least 3 spectres worth of power. It also implies 9-12 zombies with full links and all relevant minion nodes. It's comparable to 10 fully buffed and kitted skulls. Otherwise Ziggy is just blowing steam out his arse and he's not usually a guy to overstate things. Besides, the big point here is that while you could go for minion nodes and make a completely bonkers minion setup, why not just go immortal and have the permanent power of 3 fully kitted and specced spectres running alongside you for a 25% mana reservation cost. Takes 1 socket. Comparable to 5 socket spectres with with 20~ish nodes allocated. I really hope this gets the axe before it goes live. |

" On the contrary if its that OP without minion nodes it'll be one shotting endgame bosses with them lol, funny to fix poison by making a secondary effect that only cares about the # of stacks not the poison damage. Does anyone else think that seems a bit strange? Obviously we've not used it in practice yet but this thing seems to be like a bandaid fix for poison where 90% of the damage comes from the fix. Just seems like a strange way to do it but to be honest im quite excited to try it out, currently the low investment requirement looks great for HC. |

" I don't care about oneshotting bosses, seems completely irrelevant if i'm clinically immortal, and the pet is as well. I play HC exclusively though, so survival will always be more important than clearspeed. I do agree however that fixing poison by ignoring the actual poison mechanics seem strange. At the very least the stacks could be based on poison damage done, instead of arbitrarily saying that a 1 damage poison is equal to a 10000000000000000000000000000000000000000 damage poison. |

So, maybe the following items are will not be meme in 3.4?
https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/The_Embalmer https://pathofexile.gamepedia.com/Dendrobate But I do not like the pathfinder ascendance only affecting the one skill. Even specialized elementalist's nodes are not so limited. "War's over, soldier. You just don't know it yet. Everybody lost."

Neither of those items are memes anyway, ones a cheapass 5l and dendrobate is a 6.5l that saves you a few passive points to allocate elsewhere as well as providing poisons best stat (duration). If anything their problem is that poison is pretty weak so few people build around it rather than the items themselves.
I wouldn't give up the slot in HC for dendrobate but i'd have no problem doing it in SC its a good way to squeeze some extra damage out. Dernière édition par Draegnarrr#2823, le 25 août 2018 à 06:28:11

Viper - splash - ancestral call - onslaught,
agony - lmp - minion speed - minion dmg. All you need two 4L items and you can facemelt your way into maps in a a few hours... |

Can see it used with a BV Occultist as well for a walking simulator explode (Profane Bloom) build.
The Herald buffs the explosion's chaos damage so it may be 30% of max hp when the herald is max. level. Masterpiece of 3.16 lore
"A mysterious figure appears out of nowhere, trying to escape from something you can't see. She hands you a rusty-looking device called the Blood Crucible and urges you to implant it into your body." Only usable with Ethanol Flasks |
