Herald of Agony
Mana Reserve: 25%
Requires lv16, 41 dex at gem level 1
Grants a Buff giving more Poison Damage and a chance to inflict poison. When you poison an enemy while you have this buff, you gain Virulence and summon an Agony Crawler Minion that uses Projectile and Area attacks. You will lose Virulence over time, at a rate which increases the more Virulence you have. The Agony Crawler will die when you have no Virulence.
Maximum 1 summoned Agony Crawler
Grants 20% chance to Poison on hit
Grants Virulence when you Poison an Enemy
Grants 10% More Poison Damage
Agony Crawler has 2% increased attack speed per Virulence you have
Agony Crawler has 10% increased damage per Virulence you have.
Agony Crawler has 2 to 3 added Physical Damage per Virulence you have.
(All above are for lv1 gem, not sure how any of them scale with gem level or quality)
In Video, Ziggy D Says Virulence has a maximum of 40 stacks
Crawler does 60% Physical / 40% Chaos Damage
'at maximum Virulence is comperable to the strongest minions of a summoner build without any other investment in minions'
It has 2 skills, one similar to Split Arrow, and the other a barrage of aoe projectiles.
The Crawler can be supported by Supporting the Herald Gem, but it does increase mana reservation.
New Pathfinder Keystones:
Nature's Reprisal (Replaces Master Herbalist)
30% increased chaos damage
Gain 10% of physical damage as extra chaos damage
10% of physical damage converted to chaos damage
When you kill a poisoned enemy during any flask effect, nearby enemies are poisoned (only spreads the 1 most powerful poison on the killed enemy, and it's duration is refreshed)
Master Toxicist (New Ascendancy Keystone added, requires Nature's Reprisal)
15% more chaos damage with attack skills
Chaos Skills have 50% increased area of affect
You lose Virulence 50% slower
Poisons you inflict during any flask effect have 40% chance to deal 100% more damage.

I guess from the lack of changes to the ascendancy, 100% immunity pathfinders will still be a thing?
Also, curious about how much dps the minion will do. It'd be interesting if build simply include it as a secondary choice of damage, it doesn't look like the minion has hp. Like an unkillable mirage arrow support, that can move independently.

the minion looks crazy strong for leveling. The only time I ever did poison was the glory days of consuming dark/binos/flameblast, I guess I might try it after my main delve build.

I'm curious to discover more about how powerful that is. It doesn't sound so powerful. What's a minion with no minion investment? lvl 20 raise zombie gem with no nodes or supports and ascendency, or something? Hmm.
The name Herald of Agony is cool as, poison is something I've wanted to go into for ages, and I love the minion's design. So yeah, staying tuned.
Herald of Purity and Herald of Agony here both seem to be set up to deeply reward heavy support link investment, but it's hard to extensively support a reservation skill...unless, y'know, its reservation cost becomes fixed and ignores any/all support gem modifiers.
Legit curious to see what might come of this, especially given how easy it is to scale this thing quickly. Quill Rain with Tornado Shot > GMP > Chain > Faster Attacks - poison stuff forty times in less than a second, max out your 6L Crawler and watch it go to town. Could be a very interesting take indeed on the ol' Ranger w/Pet build that's otherwise been sorely lacking in PoE.
