I would argue on the possibility of replacing one of the doryani's with a nebuloch. Reasons :
1)The dps loss is quite minimal
2)The leech we get from the 2nd doryani's is not used since we 're leech capped
3)With 80% resistances the fire damage we get per second on full endurance charges is still not enough to make us go on negative health regen (with this and blood rage active)
4) As an upside we get reduced elemental damage taken , we become armor capped (even more mitigation to balance abyssus downside) and we get substantial more chaos resistance (very big upside for incursions, uber atziri etc).

So we get more tankiness than equipping a 2nd doryani, and more dps than equipping a shield.
All that is without even corrupting the nebuloch, which with incursions and double corruptions coming back could give us even more benefits

I tried switching the offhand in PoB for both a second Doryani's and Nebuloch and Nebuloch seems to give around 200k more dmg than 2xDoryiani's. As Milgi put it, with Nebuloch it's almost at the same dps as pre nerf stat stick.

How does this build perform early league on a 5L?

Uberlab shouldn’t be to big of a deal when you reached some gear level. Also a 5link should be more than enough early on.
