To but it very bluntly, its baffling because you are dumb.

And yes, reporting multiboxing absolutely is wasting supports time because it isn't against the rules in the first place, and it never has been in the history of video games.

He even says in the description, that the multiboxing itself isn't bannable, but making the process automated is. Hence why he only uses the multiboxing to control the characters.


If GGG implemented /players x then this wouldn't be an issue.

If they reduced the drop rate of high level characters in low areas it would screw people that are map farming level 80+ in level 63 content.

Maybe cap item loss to not consider you over level 65.

This is only broken for that reason, otherwise there is no benefit.

Also the argument to get friends to do it with you isn't very good since you either share drops or pay them. One guy gets 20+ rares and uniques is broken. I make more currency in a day than i could in a few weeks by doing this. Doing it makes me feel dirty but at the same time others are and have been doing this for a long time.

I could only imagine what currency no lifers get....

Well, let's see here, to put it very bluntly it is you who is "dumb" and apparently can't read.

Not only did i not report anything, if i had reported something it would have been "suspicious activity" at the very most since i did not know exactly what was going on, only that it was suspicious, and obviously not supposed to be happening ( i mean obviously in my mind, maybe the developers had something else in mind, I can't speak to that )

All i saw was there was some dumb ass with lvl 1 Rangers in act 2 Cruel, and it seems to me that shouldn't be possible Period. Since it is, either the Devs Seriously overlooked very basic game balance and loop holes, or they are ok with it. Which to me is shocking, plain and simple.

Personally, I wouldn't let that be possible in my game had i made it, and furthermore if it were my game, and it was happening, i would put a stop to it within the best of my ability.
I would Not allow it, or stand for it, and i would design the game with those things in mind from the start. That's me, maybe the devs feel otherwise, it's their game their prerogative.

I love this game. I have been waiting for something like this for over a decade. This is the best successor to Diablo 2 and then some. They took what was great about that game and in my opinion made it even better. And so from someone who just plays the game like it's supposed to be played, yeah i'll report hackers or botters if i see it and why wouldn't I?

I don't want it to turn into a pile of crap and a memory in the dust bin because people decide that they don't want to actually play the game, but rather hack it, exploit it or otherwise ruin a good thing and move on. Then have the forums end up full of flame wars and how much this game sucks because it's so hax and this and that. Seen it ruin plenty of games.

So Damn straight i will report if i think somethings not on the up and up.
I suppose i shouldn't expect much from a generation that thinks everything is owed to them and that everything should be easy, and shouldn't have to work for anything..

And just because you "can" doesn't mean you should.
