i made 14 6l's so far. the ones that took the most were 350 fusings and 250 fusings.
6l a staff for a friend in 1, 2 chest in 2 and 5 and the rest in 30-150.
i know im lucky, but i also know that this luck might fade away some day.
until that day comes, i'll keep abusing it :)

Never was able 6L, and I wasted thousands of fusings. I would gladly take a guaranteed 6L over luck (when it comes to fusing, I am in the lower-end of the luck spectrum), or just straight up buy one unless it happens to be +100ex, then hoarding fusing ftw.
Sometimes you can take the game out of the garage but you can't take the garage out of the game.

Well, that was the intention anyway, to give others hope to counterbalance all the negative stories. Because hey, if we all just buy everything already 6 linked, who links it in the first place?
Don't mean to take away from your glorious good fortune, because that's exactly what you've experienced, but that's not what your thread title would suggest. "1500 fusings to Vorici 6L is a noob trap" seems more like an assertion that "You're a newb for considering using this recipe", but that's really not the case at all, hence some of the responses you've received. You had to have anticipated some of the responses, particularly when you know that others that have been quite unfortunate are going to stumble onto your thread?

If that was your intention then yes, ok cool. It's not all doom and gloom linking, but it definitely has the chance to be exactly that and that's where the recipe helps. However I still only think it's worth it for strictly self found play which isn't really my cup of tea.

You were pretty clear, to me. If saying it was not your litteral intention, then maybe you should have stated so, and not be surprised if you are misunderstood for saying something that leads to confusion.
TL;DR: when you are blaming everyone else, then maybe the problem is in you.
