New Unique Wand: Void Battery Theory Craft

Since I may be the first to find it....thoughts? Found it roughly 2 hours ago.

Rerolled it to get the 20% implicit value.

Is the -80% spell damage really that big of a deal?

With those stat rolls on that wand, you'll have the following:

60% reduced Spell damage
114% (64+power charge) crit chance
18% cast speed
Potential 225% increased Spell damage at 9 charges if dual wielding the wand (for a total of 165% increase after the reduction)//200% increased Spell damage at 8 charges if wand+shield (for a total of 140%)

Find me a rare wand with 140% spell damage, 18% cast speed, and 114% crit chance. I don't think it's even possible.

Don't forget that with the 2% spell damage/power charge passive, you'll also gain another 2% from each wand you're wearing.

EDIT to update numbers since OP rerolled implicit to 20

Keeping power charges up will be really annoying.
If you ever lose the charges, your damage will sink like a rock.
That's the only issue.
This is basically a Freeze pulse/sparker/discharge
Could be fun though.

Oh so that's why this is a good wand? So will this be highly valuable? What kind of builds would be good with this?

the 64% power charge crit doesnt come from the wand it self

Should I divine it to see what rolls I get? Lol... only 1 divine though it's hard to tell the min max of these things correct?

What's the relevance? Once you have the power charge that the wand allows (and really, if you don't intend to have it, why would you ever use this?) then you have 114% crit chance. It's simple math.

EDIT: NVM I thought you were saying the spelldamage/power charge passive operates twice (Once per wand).

dont divine lol.
The cast speed/crit could roll lower, and people might not want to pay as much.
